YEA!!!! It worked!! Is that not the SWEETEST thing EVER? This past weekend Alaina hit that major little girl milestone of wanting to marry her daddy. Well, to be honest, her original plan involved marrying Caleb but he would have nothing to do with it. So, taking it like a good sport, Jason filled in as her second place choice. The whole thing was sooooo sweet! Alaina was really into it. She put on her "wedding dress" (the dress from her stint as a flowergirl in my sister's wedding) and wanted her hair done. Then she came in to tell me that "Aunt Sharron had something coming off her head like this..." So, I found the shawl from one of my Indian Salwar Kameez's and voila! a veil.
Jason dressed in his best suit and we had the sweetest little wedding ever! Alaina LOVED walked up and down the aisle so we did it like four times! I was crying. Poor mom. I can't even IMAGINE the real wedding day. I will be a basket-case. Here are some more pix:

OMgosh..This is just too sweet!! I can totally see why it would make you cry. Kinda chokes me up too!!LOL Tell Alaina she made the most beautiful bride ever!!
