I would never, EVER, choose to go to Disney World over spring break. If you are considering it, don't do it. It was INSANELY crowded. There were people EVERYWHERE. Most rides had at least a 45 minute wait. The good rides were and hour and a half at least and a fast pass meant a six to seven hour wait. Goodness gracious! I am just glad that we have season passes and didn't feel like we missed anything because of the crowds. And our friends stayed until 1 am so I am sure they were able to enjoy things once the crowds died down. Sheesh!
But it was good nonetheless and Alaina was happy that she got to take her friends on a few of her favorite rides (the Tea Cups, Splash Mountain, and Thunder Mountain). Katelynn did great...she slept most of the time but opened her eyes for a little bit (probably just long enough to see the crowds and realize she was better off in slumber land!)

Jason and I are going on a date today! Our friends have offered to watch the kids so Jason and I get to go out by ourselves (with Katelynn, of course!) We don't know what we are going to do. It is hard to figure something out when 1) We NEVER get to go out so we aren't used to planning time out alone and 2) A lot of things are ruled out when there is a three week old in tow! I was thinking maybe lunch and a movie. Problem is, I have literally NO IDEA of ANY movie that is playing (we don't have cable so we miss all the advertisements). Any suggestions?

ETA: By the way, did you all see that VERA LIM is now selling at Scrapbook Graphics. I am seriously drooling. I guess this means I might actually have to scrap something!
Yeah - you couldn't have paid me to be there with those crowds. I am sure it will bel ike that for the next few weeks - our area spring break isn't for another week or so! Great easter pics!
Have a fun date day - whatever you end up doing!

Well, seeing that the last 2 movies I saw were Horton Hears a Who and Spiderwick, I don't know what to suggest for a movie! Sometimes when we're kidless, we just like to go to Barnes and Noble and get a coffee and look at the books. We're pretty boring.

Ditto the Barnes & Noble idea - that's our favorite date!
