...then PLEASE don't try to fix it!
That is my plea to Typepad right now...I am one of the "few individuals" that is having major problems with the new Typepad format. I wrote my whole post, posted it, it was totally wonky, tried to fix it, and then it ate itself. Ugh. I miss how easy it used to be...I miss it when Typepad would remember my preferences and defaults so *I* didn't have to remember to do them every time. Ah...life goes on. And so does my post...

So, I promised some more pictures of the area where we are going to be living. Now please understand, I stole these off of the principal's Facebook page and they were not labeled and so I am only making educated guesses as to what they are. But here we go anyway.
Our house: I do have some pictures of the inside, but you can't really see much and I really don't know what room is what, so I will skip those until I get more next week and can actually tell you what is what. I DO know that the balcony on the front of the house comes off the master bedroom. I also know that there are three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. We will probably have the girls share a room, the boys share a room, and then use the downstairs bedroom for a play room/office. But really, we have to wait and see. Asian bedrooms can be small and I may not be able to fit a bed and a crib in one room. We'll just play it by ear.
But here is a different view of the outside. As best we can figure out, the four door thing that looks like shutters is a garage.

I am not sure if I mentioned this or not, but the school where Jason will be working is moving into a brand new building. It isn't done yet, but the hope is still to move in and start school there in August. The new school is about 45-60 minutes from the old campus and is on the outskirts of the city.

As exciting as it is to move into a new building, the new PE teachers/athletic director (ie Jason) has some obstacles to face.

Now, as idyllic as these seem, we are still on the outskirts of a big, crowded, congested, and polluted city.
Happy Monday to you! Today starts Vacation Bible School for Alaina, and a mad dash to the finish line for us (work wise and packing wise). A week from right now we will be outside of Memphis getting ready for a great two weeks of fellowship and training. By the looks of my house you would NEVER know it!
So will Jason be driving 45-60 minutes to work and back every day then, or is your home closer to the new school than the old school? Everything looks great - how cool to have a balcony off your bedroom!!! You guys can sit out there with your coffees and converse! Love it! What a colorful city too - wow! I hope your travels go well and that you get all you need to accomplish done today!!! How exciting - CHANGE!

Why do I think that there are more than just "a few individuals" having problems with Typepad???? I can't get it to work right for me either! grrrr! Sometimes, if I use Firefox, it will work, but only sometimes. Ugh. Oh well. Anyhow, thanks for posting all these pics. It's nice to see what it looks like there. And I'm wondering--how far will Jason have to travel to and from work each day? It seems like a long way, but maybe I'm just reading it wrong? LOL!

hey the place looks great...doesn't even look like Indonesia which I've been before. I did a search so this is in Bandung. I was there last year for a trip, this a nice place for shopping :), lots of factory outlet
